Role Description

This is a full-time or 4 day week hybrid role located Bristol, Birmingham or London. As a Recruitment Consultant at Chadwick Nott, you will be responsible for 360 desk, building and managing both client and candidate relationships. Working in an established team, this role involves sourcing and placing lawyers of all levels in all practice areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• A proven track record in legal recruitment
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Resilience and adaptability
