Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills. You will play a pivotal role in connecting candidates with opportunities while ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilise various platforms, including social media and job boards, to source potential candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions that reflect the requirements of each role.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and inform recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Generate leads through networking and relationship management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in using ATS & CRM software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical for success in this role.
  • Experience in lead generation and social media management will be beneficial.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients alike.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
