Recruitment Consultant

Rmg digital are looking to hire a Business Development Consultant to join the team. We’re a niche digital recruitment agency based in Wiltshire. We currently have clients throughout the UK, Europe & USA and service these from our office in Swindon.

The Role

As a BD Consultant you will focus on "opening doors" by identifying and engaging the appropriate business leaders, and gaining the prospect’s commitment to book in a meeting to tell them more about the solutions we provide.

Duties will include:

• Building canvas lists of prospects
• Following up warm leads qualified by marketing
• Building business relationships with prospects
• Identifying prospects to target
• Booking qualified meetings
• Attending meetings with the BD Directors
• Direct Marketing (calling)
• Digital Marketing (email & social media)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous recruitment experience who is looking to focus on developing their Business Development skills within a company that provides excellent support.
