Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identify and engage with top-tier candidates through various channels. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture. Provide strategic recruitment solutions to meet their staffing requirements.
• Job Advertisements and Networking: Create compelling job advertisements and leverage your network to attract high-caliber candidates. Attend industry events and networking functions to stay abreast of market trends.
• Interview Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Provide feedback and guidance to both parties throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiation and Offer Management: Play a key role in negotiating offers, ensuring a win-win situation for both candidates and clients. Manage the offer process from start to finish, including contract negotiation.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a successful track record of placing candidates across various industries.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate thoughts clearly and build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Results-Driven: Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic recruitment landscape with a proactive approach.
