An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our Stoke Office! This exciting opportunity is to work within our hugely successful and high-performing team of 10 in Stoke, based locally in Hanley. With a well-established and experienced team ranging from Recruitment Consultant to Director Level. As a specialist Consultant working within Education, you will be given the opportunity to manage your own business, delivering first-class recruitment services to your customers.

2. Business Development / Sales – to identify and secure new business and build and develop relationships with clients.
3. Identifying and building partnerships with candidates.

5. Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews.
6. Generating commercial leads to further develop your industry knowledge and to identify new opportunities and/or candidates.
