Overview


We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing team in Stafford!


Reports to: Contract Manager


This role is Monday to Friday (hours are flexible and TBC)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest levels of support to the sites aligned to the Client. This should include but not be limited to:
  • Placing adverts and monitoring applications for warehouse candidates across the sites
  • Answering recruitment inquiries
  • Screening, processing, and onboarding candidates for induction & training
  • Completing necessary right to work checks for all candidates
  • Maintaining best practices as outlined by the business
  • Monitoring and managing the performance of warehouse colleagues
  • Ensuring accuracy at all times throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing all systems such as CRM, Online Candidate Portal, and Unity
  • Reporting on worker information regarding sickness & attendance
  • Meeting and exceeding all personal objectives

Key behavioural skills:

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Focus and dedication to providing high-quality service at all times
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated to complete all tasks without management reminders
  • Previous recruitment experience is preferable
