Job description

Monday to Friday - 37hrs pw (8.30am-5pm with 1 hr lunch or 9am-5pm with 1/2 hr lunch - 4.30pm finish on a Friday)

£25,000 - £27,000pa depending on skills & experience plus bonus
The Caraires Consultancy, established in 2007, are expanding and seeking a new ‘family’ member to work as a Recruitment Consultant. Most importantly, you will be a proactive and motivated individual with a positive attitude, but also you will follow the Caraires family values - Belief, Care, Time, Kindness, Loyalty and Honesty.
We will provide full training for the right candidate, but it is imperative that you are someone who enjoys to be on the phone and have an energetic communication style.
The key responsibilities:
  1. You will begin using our CRM system to call new and lapsed clients and arrange sales meetings
  2. Following an agreed sales process for a number of prospective clients – building relationships and partnerships
  3. Searching for local companies who are likely to use recruitment partners, understanding their needs
  4. Following a successful sales process, you will begin working on the temporary team to help source temporary staff for our clients
  5. Following a resourcing process: writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates (over the phone, in person and via MS Teams), preparing & coaching candidates for interview
  6. Matching candidates to roles with our '3 Cs' fit: competency, culture and company
  7. Meeting with clients (including job shadows) to ensure we have all the relevant information to be able to find the best candidate for the job
  8. Ensuring all clients and candidates receive great customer experience
  9. Carrying out associated administration
  10. Adhere to The Caraires Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies when working with clients, colleagues and stakeholders and to respect confidentiality at all times.
The minimum requirements:

  1. Some experience in (and a passion for) customer service in an office environment
  2. Confidence to pick up the phone and speak to people on a daily basis - this is extremely important
  3. Resilience is a must in this industry – the ability to stay positive is imperative
  4. Excellent standard of English (spoken and written)
  5. Proactive and willing to learn – you will receive full training in this position, but it is important that you are inquisitive
  6. Great IT skills
  7. Great organisation and attention to detail
  8. Ideally educated to A Level or equivalent
  9. Positive outlook and attitude
  10. Full UK driving licence – essential – you will also be local to the Rugby area
