Recruitment Consultant - Consultant to Senior or Executive level

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Competitive base salary from £25k-£30k DOE + Uncapped commission - £££

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established team, which boasts over 40 years of collective experience, making this opportunity a solid and supportive environment for someone eager to excel.

This role is perfect for a mature, trustworthy individual who is hungry for success and motivated by financial rewards. A strong sales mindset is key, as you'll be responsible for winning new business and building lasting client relationships. About The Role

• Business development calls and client meetings - you will build up your own client base.
• Candidate marketing - you will source, screen, and engage with candidates
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike to foster long term relationships.

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced Recruitment Consultant who has worked in any market
• A proven biller in either a temporary or permanent recruitment position
• A strong work ethic and hunger to learn
• Ambition, drive, and a money motivated attitude
• First class communication skills
• Driver to cover the Kent geographical location to meet clients
