• Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, and social media
• Write and post job adverts that attract top talent
• Build strong client and candidate relationships both over the phone and face to face
• Take job briefs, manage vacancies, and coordinate interviews
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment process from application to job offer
• Regularly update clients and candidates with feedback and support
• Market top candidates to potential employers
• Work with the marketing team to promote vacancies and employer brands
