Recruitment Consultant Inna Care is offering a great opportunity to join our Romford office team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and driven Recruitment Consultant for our healthcare company.

The Role:

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and supplying candidates, working with clients to understand their recruitment requirements. Your role will involve sourcing, seeking, and recruiting HCAs, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.

Location:

Our office is located in the centre of Romford, within easy access to local amenities including The Liberty Shopping Centre, a variety of restaurants, and coffee shops. The location is well connected with transport links: Romford train station is less than a 2-minute walk away, Elm Park underground station is also accessible, and Junction 28 of the M25 is 4 miles away.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Prompt response to calls and emails

About the Position:

• Full-time role
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
