Overview

We are expanding and looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join the successful team at our Romford Branch on a permanent basis.

This position will suit an individual who has previous experience working for a recruitment agency and enjoys the buzz, challenge and rewards recruitment brings, or someone with a successful track record in B2B sales looking for an opportunity to start a career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a sales activity and financially targeted environment with the aim of achieving/exceeding goals.
• Conduct business development by visiting client sites for opportunities to win new business and service meetings; travel will be required, and business mileage is paid.
• Multitask effectively in a dynamic, changing recruitment environment where no two days are the same.
• Be available to cover an on-call rotation as part of the after-hours service.
• Collaborate with a team to support recruitment activities and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications & Qualities

• Determined, committed and adaptable with exceptional communication skills.
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, and a good sense of humour.
• Must have a driving licence and own transport.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

Hours

Full-time permanent role, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. An on-call duty is required on a rotating basis.
