Flexible basic salary - OTE £45,000+ year 1 (Basic salary and expenses in addition)

The role requires delivering excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
- You will have a geographical location full of companies that will benefit from your recruitment services
- You will develop a candidate database of exceptional people and manage their job search in the local market
- Targets and a multi-channel sales strategy will be implemented to help you win new business

The role is very varied, and no two days are the same:
- Meeting and exceeding revenue-based sales targets
- Making outbound sales calls to local businesses and arranging face-to-face meetings
- Meeting and interviewing candidates
- Attending networking events
- Following structured sales plans

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with flexible working options. You will manage your own daily activities and movements.
