Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Build a 360-recruitment desk
  • Source candidates via online platforms and promote vacancies
  • Interview and assess candidates
  • Support candidates through interview process, feedback, and offers

Account Management:

  • Maintain relationships with clients
  • Manage CRM profiles
  • Complete training modules

Business Development:

  • Follow up on leads and marketing campaigns
  • Visit clients to demonstrate value

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years’ recruitment experience
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills across all levels
