We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Delivery Team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment and wants to work in a collaborative, high-energy environment where you’ll be supported to grow and succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to offer stage

• Supporting the Business Development team by delivering exceptional candidates to live vacancies

• Building strong candidate networks through phone-based engagement, referrals, and strategic sourcing

• Managing candidate interviews, offers, and counteroffers with professionalism and pace

• Gathering market intelligence to support client development

• Working towards individual KPIs and team delivery targets

• Representing Orion Electrotech in a professional and ethical manner
