Belmont Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to source, attract and select candidates for varied roles. You will build strong client and candidate relationships, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from lead generation to placement.

You will work closely with an in-house compliant team, stay ahead of sector trends, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative environment with uncapped commission and hybrid working opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven lead generation techniques to attract clients and candidates.
• Previous sales, business development or target-driven experience.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in assessments and documentation.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Spreadsheets and VMSs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand recruitment needs and culture.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial assessments of candidates’ skills and fit.

You will play a crucial part in building long-standing, collaborative relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

Your ability to build rapport, think outside the box and identify opportunity will be integral to your success.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and organisational culture
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and networking
• Conduct thorough initial assessment to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles
• Work closely with our dedicated, in-house compliance team to manage candidate information and streamline the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed role specifications and identify key competencies required for each position
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from lead generation to placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients
• Stay updated on sector trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of our strategies

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability in lead generation techniques to attract potential clients and candidates a like (Transferrable skills welcomed)
• Previous sales, business development or target driven experience
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate assessments, client qualification and documentation
• Proficiency in using Outlook, Word, Spreadsheets and VMS’s

OTE Opportunity in year 1: £25,000 to £60,000 Per Annum.
