As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in our ongoing success.

Based in Portishead, we seek driven individuals to join our Engineering, Manufacturing, Service & Technology divisions. Our divisions operate collaboratively, providing support and expertise from consultants, senior consultants, and managers daily.

The day-to-day role includes:

• Developing new business relationships with clients
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, databases, job boards, and other sources
• Writing job adverts and qualifying applicants against job requirements
• Conducting phone/video interviews to screen candidates
• Presenting candidates' CVs to clients
• Supporting candidates through the interview and placement process
• Identifying potential new clients in your market
