Full-time | Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Competitive Salary + Bonus

Mploy is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Poole head office.

In this varied role, you’ll manage key client accounts, support business growth through development activity, source and interview candidates, write and post job adverts, and regularly visit client sites.

What we’re looking for:

Recruitment experience or a strong background in sales or business development

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport (client site visits required)
