Office-Based | £26,000 - £28,000 DoE + up to £33,000 OTE (Year 1)

We're Wise Employment, and we're growing our award-winning Plymouth team! We've had some exciting new client wins, and we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Industrial and Technical Specialist divisions—covering both Temporary and Permanent roles.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
  2. Proactively sourcing candidates using a variety of tools
  3. Delivering outstanding customer service
  4. Advising companies on their recruitment needs and strategy
  5. Driving your own sales pipeline, both on the phone and in person
  6. Attending client meetings, either face-to-face or via Teams

What You'll Bring:
  1. A proven track record in sales (recruitment experience a bonus but not essential)
  2. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  3. Confidence using Microsoft Office and a solid administrative mindset
  4. Bags of tenacity, drive, and determination
  5. A hunger to grow, succeed, and exceed targets
