gap healthcare is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant for our Peterborough office. You will be working alongside a team of professionals specialised in Health and Social Care Temporary and Permanent Recruitment.

What you need in order to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Thorough understanding of the recruitment industry
  • Ideally experience in recruitment for Health and Social Care
  • Strong negotiating and selling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You need to be able to drive and have access to your own car
Responsibilities:
  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospect clients
  • Look after a temp desk and manage the clients' needs and expectations
  • Support the team with payroll and on-call duties on a rotating schedule
