What you need in order to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant:

Previous experience in a similar role
Thorough understanding of the recruitment industry
Ideally experience in recruitment for Health and Social Care
Strong negotiating and selling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You need to be able to drive and have access to your own car

Responsibilities:

Actively source and qualify candidates
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospect clients
Look after a temp desk and manage the clients' needs and expectations
Support the team with payroll and on-call duties on a rotating schedule
