Recruitment Consultant - Warm Desk - Ancillary, White Collar, Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing

Location: Peterborough - Hybrid working - 3 days in the office

Competitive base salary + Uncapped Commission

The Team

Manpower works with organisations across the UK, supporting them to find the right talent for their businesses within various skills sets and industries. Our specialist team focuses on the Ancillary, White Collar, Warehouse, Logistics, and Manufacturing sectors across the UK. We handle as much or as little of the recruitment process as our clients need - from sourcing talent to interviewing and supporting through the offer process.

The role

What will you be doing?

  1. Research and develop expertise in your chosen vertical by understanding your potential clients, their industry, strategies, work culture, and recruitment methods.
  2. Use sales, business development, marketing, and networking techniques to position Manpower as a preferred supplier, winning new business and building your client portfolio.
  3. Develop relationships within existing clients to ensure growth and strong, lasting partnerships.
  4. Utilize social media for market research, engaging with potential employers and candidates.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including headhunting, database searching, screening, interviews, shortlisting, and managing offers.

About You
