The role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to build, progress, and develop our clients. You will be operating in the Permanent, Temporary, and Contract marketplace. You will be given the tools and management to progress in the direction you wish to go. We offer exceptional training, progression opportunities, and a generous salary with unrivaled commission. Main Responsibilities:

1. Identify and build relationships with candidates.
2. Interview and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
3. Create and write job adverts.
4. Network to build the Planet profile and develop opportunities for the Engineering Division.
5. Offer candidates advice in line with the Planet values and vision.
6. Assess and advise the needs of candidates and clients alike.
7. Build an ongoing pipeline of experienced Candidates.
8. Maintain our CRM / Candidate database.
9. Show a keen interest in the Tech marketplace.
10. Achieve weekly / monthly KPI's.
11. Achieve revenue targets.
12. A willingness to work out of hours to contact candidates.
