Once the sourcing aspect has been mastered, the position will then progress and develop into a full 360 recruitment consultant which will involve B2B sales.

This opening will offer someone the opportunity to develop a career in the fast-paced world of recruitment, with exceptional training and support from the wider business.

  4. Strive to hit goals and targets
  5. Be proactive and not reactive
  6. Display a desire to work as a winning team

This role is ideal for someone who has a positive mindset and is looking to start a career in an established recruitment company, who have strong company values and a winning culture. If a lot of the above resonates with you and you see yourself working in a driven, ambitious, and professional team, whilst having the support to learn and develop your professional skill set, then this might be the next step for you.

We can offer you:
  1. A positive, teamwork-focused environment where you will be well supported from day one
  2. Flexible working patterns
  3. Initially a zero-threshold and uncapped commission scheme
  4. Various team and individual incentives including hotel breaks, activity days, holidays, meals out, values awards, and high street vouchers
  5. Long-term career advancement opportunities - the majority of our Managers and Directors have been promoted through the business
  6. Health and Wellbeing benefits
  7. Bespoke training programme for your personal development, including 121 coaching sessions
  8. Fun nights out and social events including our Christmas and Summer Party
