Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? We're looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specializing in the transport and logistics sector, supporting clients across Northamptonshire.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Managing end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent roles within the transport industry (e.g., HGV drivers, transport planners, traffic office staff)
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  3. Proactively developing new business opportunities through outbound sales and networking
  4. Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning
  5. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, including right-to-work and driver legislation
  6. Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector
  7. Conducting outbound sales calls, client meetings, and networking to grow your client base
What We're Looking For
  1. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the transport or logistics sector
  2. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  3. A proactive mindset with the confidence to engage in business development and client acquisition
  4. Understanding of driver compliance and employment legislation is a plus
  5. Motivated by targets and results, with a commercial approach to recruitment
