Recruitment Consultant Healthcare

Perm Package: £27,000 - £30,000 Basic + 25 Days Hols, Free Gym Membership, Pension, Company Laptop, uncapped commission!

Location: Newcastle or Leeds

Direct Report: Business Manager

Exciting times at TRC. We are experiencing unprecedented growth in our offices in Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, and Wakefield. We need Recruitment Consultants across all seniority levels, from trainees to management, to take the reins of a 360 desk and drive your career forward. We have recently expanded into healthcare and are looking for an experienced consultant to join our healthcare perm team and take over a warm desk working with care homes and nursing homes!

As a business, we cover many sectors and disciplines, focusing on winning and developing new clients. If you are highly organized, have an excellent work ethic, hunger to succeed, and experience providing a 360-recruitment solution, then we want to hear from you!

The Job:

1. The job will vary, but from day one, you will:
2. Be responsible for building a 360-recruitment desk.
3. Manage client relationships.
4. Proactively source candidates.
5. Advertise roles.
6. Manage applications.
7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
8. Win and develop new business.

This role is key to our continued success, so you can expect the necessary support and resources to be always at your disposal.
