Overview

If you’re recruiting for the US market, this is the role for you. Hybrid role based near Warrington with an easy commute: two stops from Piccadilly, Manchester, then a short walk to the office. There is a real opportunity to relocate to the US if desired. Salary up to £50k basic with commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage recruitment activity with a focus on the US professional market (ideally in STEM).
• Operate in a 360 recruitment capacity, working on retained business where applicable, supported by a strong business development team and marketing function.
• Participate in a collaborative, boutique-style environment with established leadership and a robust onboarding/training plan.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 recruiter is preferred but not essential.
• Exposure to the US professional market, ideally in STEM.
