As a Recruitment Consultant at Nurseplus, you’ll be at the heart of our operation — sourcing, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals into temporary and permanent roles. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible match with our candidates.
Proactively attract, screen, and register new candidates
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to placement
Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
Work towards and exceed performance targets
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legislation
Previous experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment a bonus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
Organised, with excellent time management
Confident using recruitment software and Microsoft Office
A full UK driving licence is required
£25,000 - £28,000 salary + profit share bonus
