Are you an experienced Recruiter interested in joining us? We are looking for candidates to join our Manchester offices as a Recruitment Consultant (Senior or Executive), to grow our temporary and permanent customer service business across the UK.

If you have a solid direct B2B sales background and want to pursue a career in recruitment, you can join us as a Recruitment Associate with a promotion to Consultant upon passing your probation.

As a 360 Business Development Sales Consultant, you'll be supported by our advanced technology systems. We embrace hybrid working, offering flexibility to work from home part of the week after onboarding. We also prioritize wellbeing, with a dedicated Out of Hours service to support our operational teams when needed.

Some of your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying client leads and making B2B outbound sales calls
  • Developing new business within the customer service sector and nurturing client relationships
  • Engaging in proactive sales activities and working towards targets
  • Traveling to meet clients
  • Negotiating, offering solutions, and overcoming objections
  • Working from our Salford Quays Manchester office 2 days a week, with the rest from home
