Job summary

iO Associates in Manchester is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to win new business, book client meetings and build relationships with technology firms.

You’ll source and qualify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and networks, negotiate deals, and manage the recruitment process from first contact to placement. Training is provided and there are uncapped commissions and clear progression paths.

No recruitment experience needed! With the help of our training programme, which has won the Princess Royal Training Award.
