SThree Manchester is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our progressive brand. You will own your market, build a client portfolio through business development, and drive real impact in the STEM space.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360), delivering high-impact talent solutions to clients in Tech, Life Sciences and Education sectors while aiming to outpace targets. We offer uncapped commission, performance bonuses, healthcare, wellbeing support and structured career

We're looking for a recruiter to join our Manchester Team - working for our Progressive Brand. For either our Power & Energy or Data Centres & Construction Teams. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of a market, grow their own business, and drive real impact in the STEM space.

You will:

• Build and grow your own client portfolio through business development
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle (360) within your specialism
• Deliver high-impact talent solutions to clients in Tech, Banking, Life Sciences and Education Sectors
• Drive revenue growth and consistently outperform targets

The base salary range reflects the fixed compensation for this role.

In addition, this position is eligible for a variable commission plan, with total earnings based on performance against defined targets. Final base salary will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience, skills and internal pay equity. All variable compensation is governed by a transparent commission structure aligned to role expectations.
