A fast-growing, high-performing recruitment business is looking for an experienced Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a warm desk with existing client relationships and the chance to build your own desk in a thriving market.

Who They’re Looking For:

• 6-12 months of recruitment experience – must be confident picking up the phone from day one.
• Background in finance or professional services recruitment is ideal.
• Someone who understands the candidate-short market and knows how to identify strong talent.
• A relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys business development and client management.
