This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a warm desk with existing client relationships and the chance to build your own desk in a thriving market.

  • 6-12 months of recruitment experience – must be confident picking up the phone from day one.
  • Background in finance or professional services recruitment is ideal.
  • Someone who understands the candidate-short market and knows how to identify strong talent.
  • A relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys business development and client management.
