Frontline Recruitment is looking for EXPERIENCED Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Maidenhead. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, a professional image, and can be a team player.
We're looking for a results-driven, self-motivated, and dedicated person with resilience, and a dedication to succeed. We are flexible with hybrid working as it will be your desk to manage, so a mixture of time between the office, client visits, and home is important to us to ensure that the job fits around you and your work-life balance, whether that is due to childcare or other commitments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates.
  2. Gaining client and candidate traction.
  3. Business development.
  4. Follow up with candidates to see if they are interested in the position.
  5. Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions.
  6. Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business.
  7. Communicate with candidates regularly via phone or email.

Experience:
  1. 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required.
  2. Previous experience in sales or business development.
  3. Sector experience can be flexible; we have a strong footing in Industrial, Logistics, Engineering, and Commercial, but if you have worked previously in another sector, we are very open to discussion.
