The Role – Recruitment Consultant

• Screen candidate applications and qualify them for specific roles
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other outlet sources
• Build relationships with clients and candidates, understand their needs and deliver on them
• Identify future hiring needs and retain current talent
• Promote the business through example as a service for clients and candidates to use for their hiring needs
• Be an ambassador for them in the market!

Competencies and Skills – Recruitment Consultant

• Proactive and able to work independently
• You will be working alongside industry experts with 15+ years of experience within the sector, and aiding them to win new business
• Sourcing candidates using various job boards, networking sites, and referrals
• Degree in any discipline
• Team player and able to maximise opportunities across desks within the team
• Fast-paced and used to operating with a sense of urgency
