About The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you’ll join a team of motivated recruiters who are specialists in their niche markets. Your role will involve managing the recruitment process from start to finish, providing an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates. We offer opportunities to work with well-established clients across Europe, with a strong pipeline of live roles. You will also be involved in business development and networking activities to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify opportunities by engaging with existing and new clients and candidates, and by staying informed on market developments.
  2. Exceed client expectations by building strong relationships and understanding their recruitment needs.
  3. Manage client roles through networking via our database, online media, and headhunting.
  4. Source, select, and qualify candidates, ensuring only top candidates are presented to clients.
  5. Arrange interviews, brief candidates thoroughly, and provide regular updates and feedback.

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
