We are looking to hire an experienced BD-focused Recruitment Consultant within commuting distance from our Monument office, who is seeking a new opportunity.

Your role includes:

• Making sales calls to clients on a daily basis
• Identifying new companies to partner with
• Arranging and attending client meetings
• Becoming a specialist within your vertical
• Negotiating terms of business
• Attending global expos
• Working closely with the delivery team to ensure monthly targets are achieved
• Engaging in social selling

Your skills:

• Confidence and a real passion for sales, with resilience in the dynamic world of recruitment
• Ability to easily build rapport with people
• Eagerness to learn and continuously develop your skill set
