Senior Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy & Finance

Manchester City Centre

£35,000 - £40,000 Personal and team commission, flexible working and company profitability bonus

Platinum Recruitment Group are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is looking to join an established business with a fantastic portfolio of clients and follow a path to Directorship.

Although you will join as a Senior Recruitment Consultant our expectation is for the successful individual to be promoted within 12 months to management level and aiming for Director designate within 24 months.

As such this role is aligned to someone with experience who is not seeing the natural development curve you would want at present employers.

Your market will be senior finance appointments, typical within VC/PE backed or privately owned SME’s; roles include Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, Head of Finance, Financial Controller and associated senior hires.

A current example (June 2025) would be an exclusive hire for a PE backed international retail business in Central Manchester placing the Head of Finance, salary £100,000 p.a.

Over 68% of revenue is repeat business therefore we need a first class communicator who would like to build on existing relationships through corporate entertainment pre and post placement.

You will enjoy working with an experienced team with a company average of 7.5 years employment with Platinum so you can be assured that the team are committed and possess the same goals of delivering a first-class service to the accounting and finance recruitment market.
