Join our #OneBlueFamily at our Liverpool branch as a Recruitment Consultant (or Senior Recruitment Consultant) to grow and manage a warm desk that supplies temporary Catering and Hospitality staff to clients in the Liverpool and Warrington area.


To be successful in this role you must either have a Recruitment background or have experience within business to business sales, ideally with a catering, hospitality or events background.


As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems and as such, we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after onboarding and performing. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.


Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:

  1. Identifying client leads and making business to business outbound sales calls
  2. Developing existing, new and lapsed business and client relationships
  3. Sales activities and working to targets
  4. Travelling to visit clients for meetings
  5. Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
  6. Negotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections
  7. Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
