As a Principal Consultant, your role will involve generating new clients and business, building relationships with senior leaders in public sector organizations. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and clear career progression paths, along with access to industry tools such as HubSpot CRM, Reed database, LinkedIn, and more.

Who We're Looking For

We want talented individuals with the right skills and attitude, including ambition and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have:

• Successful sales experience and a proven record of winning new business
• Experience in consultancy/managed services, care/SEND/public sector, or resourcing/recruitment
