What You'll Be Doing as a Recruitment Consultant

In your first year, you will:

1. Identify and interview educators for both temporary and permanent positions.
2. Build strong relationships with schools to understand their staffing needs.
3. Prepare professional CV profiles to showcase candidates to potential employers.
4. Work towards individual and team targets with support from experienced mentors.
5. Earn commission with every successful placement.
