- Sales or temp recruitment experience maybe youve worked in lettings, car sales, hospitality, finance, or a fast-paced temp agency.

Youve learned how to handle pressure and talk to people fast

- Energy Were looking for people who take initiative and are proactive, not just fill a seat

- Commercial brain you spot where moneys being made and you want in

What Youll Actually Be Doing:

- Sourcing and placing engineers into contract roles the kind of people most recruiters cant even find
