Role Essentials
  • Serve as a pivotal link between clients and candidates, facilitating successful employment matches
  • Utilise excellent communication skills to network, negotiate, and nurture professional relationships through business development calls and B2B sales
  • Exhibit a proactive approach in sourcing candidates through various channels and conducting thorough screenings.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing recruitment landscape
  • Apply strategic thinking to meet and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
Skills & Experience Sought
  • Proven experience in recruitment (preferably permanent recruitment) or a sales-driven role, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Adept at using recruitment software and social media platforms to attract top talent.
  • A collaborative team player with the initiative to work independently when required.
