Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team in Leeds. You will be working within the Education team taking on our SEND desk where there is huge scope for growth and progression within the sector, for the right candidate.

The Role:

1. Working with SEND schools across Leeds and Wakefield areas
2. Meeting schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates into roles, and arranging interviews
3. Excellent career progression opportunities, often within the first 12 months
4. Financial incentives including an uncapped, competitive commission scheme
5. Based in a friendly office in Leeds city centre
6. Role responsibilities include meeting schools face-to-face, advertising, interviewing, placing candidates, contract negotiation, and ongoing customer service with schools and teachers/teaching assistants
7. Our safeguarding compliance record is outstanding, with an approach based on honesty and quality
