Working hours: Monday - Thursday from 8:30am - 5:30pm; Friday from 8:30am - 4:00pm

Due to increased workload and business expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy recruitment and compliance team in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional team and to carve out a recruitment career in an ambitious company with an excellent market reputation, working on major infrastructure projects.

You will be joining a team which already has established relationships with the projects and a number of operatives already working on site, with a large number of requirements to fill.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Filling vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, with suitably skilled candidates by sourcing the ideal candidates to place in client vacancies.
2. Building and maintaining a strong candidate database.
3. Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates.
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
5. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
6. Providing administrative support to the whole resourcing team.
7. Maintaining up-to-date records of candidate interactions and job applications.

3. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus but not essential.
6. A keen interest in the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and grow.
