Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the induction.

Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Hours & Contract: Full time 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday and permanent

What is the role?

Reed in Ipswich are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team of established recruiters. The role involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.

You will be taking on a very warm procurement desk covering all IP and CO postcodes with existing opportunities in volume shipping roles and the scope to really develop the more senior hires within procurement. The ‘desk’ billed £150k last year with the scope to easily get to £200k with further development.

Who would suit this role?

We are looking for individuals with outbound sales experience or experienced recruiters. We would also love to speak with anyone who has sales experience from the shipping industry.

This role would not suit anyone looking for HR, internal recruitment, candidate delivery or admin roles because it is a sales-based opportunity.
