Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment, healthcare recruitment is a bonus.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.

  • Proactively attract, screen, and register new candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to placement.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Work towards and exceed performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legislation.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Nurseplus, you\'ll be at the heart of our operation — sourcing, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals into temporary and permanent roles. You\'ll work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible match with our candidates.
