Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships.

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various methods.

• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments.

• Manager the interview and offer process with clients.

• Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications/Must Have's!

• Proven experience in recruitment or similar role.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast–paced environment.

• Proficiency in recruitment tools/software.
