We're on the lookout for a confident biller ready to take the leap into bigger vacancies and even bigger fees. With our average deal value sitting at £24,000, this leads to regular billing months of £150k+ and annual earnings of £150k+ for our top performers.

The Role

  • Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across the medical technology and diagnostics, and engineering sector
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process
  • Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies

Experience & Attributes

  • 12 months+ 360 experience in one market
  • Confident ability to win spot business at £20k+ fees
  • Proven ability to consistently hit recruitment targets
