• Clients include EVRi, Moonpig, BrightHR, Awaze, and more

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running your own desk: Working with clients and candidates in a way that feels authentic to you.
• Finding brilliant talent: Using the latest tools and your instincts to deliver real value.
• Building relationships that last: No transactional stuff — we’re in this for the long term.
• Being a team player: Helping out, jumping in, and celebrating the wins (big and small).

What We’re Looking For:

• Around 6+ months’ experience in recruitment (tech experience is great but not essential).
• Someone who takes initiative, but knows when to ask for help.
• A people person who’s driven, curious, and collaborative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven team where no two days look the same.
• Someone who gets what a great workplace feels like — and wants to be part of building one.
