Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: City Of London (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)

Salary: Up to £45K (Depending on Experience)

The Role:

An exciting opportunity for an aspiring or existing Recruitment Consultant to join an Executive Search firm specialising in the legal sector. As part of this growing company, you’ll be working closely with the company owner, offering a chance to learn from one of the best in the field. Whether you have experience in sales, executive search, or you’re eager to dive into the recruitment world, I’m looking for someone driven, hungry to learn, and ready to take on a challenge.


What you’ll do:

  1. Work on high-level legal recruitment opportunities sourcing candidates for senior level roles
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  3. Candidate Sourcing & Networking
  4. Become a subject-matter expert in the legal sector, staying updated on trends, and emerging talent
  5. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates are the right fit for client roles, guiding both clients and candidates through the recruitment process
  6. Work closely with the company owner and team
  7. With close mentorship from the company owner, this is an ideal role for someone looking to grow within the executive search industry, particularly in the legal sector
  8. Receive on-the-job training, access to industry resources, and the opportunity to learn from an expert in executive search and recruitment

Who you are:

  1. Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or an executive search role is desirable but not essential
  2. A genuine interest in the recruitment industry
  3. A proactive attitude, the ability to work independently, and a passion for achieving targets and delivering results
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and high-level candidates
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, dealing with international markets and clients
