Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Proactively build and manage a client portfolio through business development, meetings, referrals, and networking. Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation. Maintain and develop long-term client relationships for ongoing business.
  • Candidate Engagement: Source, attract, and interview potential candidates using tools such as social media, referrals, and advertising. Provide career advice, CV support, and interview preparation. Maintain regular candidate contact and manage a database for availability and suitability.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share market insights, build internal networks, and maximise commercial opportunities. Achieve personal and team KPIs and revenue targets through collaboration and initiative.
