What Youll Be Doing

Managing your own desk with the opportunity to bring on new clients

Driving new business opportunities through proactive, sales-focused approaches

Finding top talent by sourcing, headhunting, and screening candidates (you will be supported by a resourcer with access to numerous job boards)

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

This role is perfect for someone with strong sales experience who thrives on high levels of commission and bonuses.
